[Networker] The volid on tape and the one in media base is not the same!

Both drives have the same WWN, which is probably not helping any.
You mention the drive configuration is an L40 (SCSI drives) attached to a
SN3300 (SCSI to FC bridge). It sounds like the 3300 may not be configured
quite right (if possible each drive should have a unique WWN presented back out
the FC links); You may need to call Sun for advice or go over what manuals you
may have.
I looked at SunSolve briefly, but there's nothing there regarding the old
StorageTek bridge to help there. The L40 entry was rather sketchy too (but
that was expected, its a re-brand product).
