Most likely your device names are wrong in your jukebox config.

The easiest way to test if the device name is wrong in the jukebox config:

1) Make sure both tape drives are empty.
2) Use 'nsrjb -l -n -f <device name> <volume name>' to load a tape into one of the drives without mounting. Again, make sure the other drive is empty. 3) After it finishes do 'mt -f <device name> status' on both tape drive device names. (it mioght be 'mt -t' on AIX, I don't remember) See which
device it really got loaded into.

I also suggest that Ramo make sure his tape drives are all actually connected with a data cable properly and that the NetWorker can see them. Physically inspecting the tape drives is the only way to do that. I have seen that "no such device or address" error pop up when I mistakenly forgot to plug in a tape drive's fiber channel cable after I replaced a bad drive with a new one. Duh!
