The process of upgrading is pretty simple, but its time consuming.

It is simple if both 7.2.x and 7.4.x support the host OS your NetWorker
server is running.  For our primary NetWorker server (7.2.2 on Red Hat
ES 2.1), that's not true, so our upgrade will be decidedly less simple.
