Hello,
Is it possible that you are running into resource conflict, busy server 
during full backups, what happens if you run FULL schedule on a trial 
bases with extra v switches cmd line, during weekday ( assuming the full 
are over the weekend) ?

Hi Gurus,
 
I have a situation whereby one or two client backups seem to fail, but
only on a full backup.  The backup runs fine up to the point where
NetWorker tries to close the save session and I get messages similar to:
 
May 19 06:10:12 nwserver.wansbeck.gov.uk: * client:G:\ 2 retries
attempted
May 19 06:10:12 nwserver.wansbeck.gov.uk: * client:G:\ save: RPC error:
RPC send operation failed.  A network connection could not be
established with the host.
May 19 06:10:12 nwserver.wansbeck.gov.uk: * client:G:\ save: RPC error:
RPC send operation failed.  A network connection could not be
established with the host.
May 19 06:10:12 nwserver.wansbeck.gov.uk: * client:G:\ save: shutdown
failed

The backed up saveset appears in the indexes and mminfo reports it as
complete and browsable, but I cannot see it in NetWorker User on the
client.
 
Any help would be gratefully received.
 
Note: Server and clients are both NetWorker 7.2 Build 494 (7.2.2 Jumbo)
under Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition.
