Hi All,
We are running NW 7.3.3 with Red Hat 4 AS.
When ever a tape is full we are seeing this message in dmg
st0: Failed to read 131072 byte block with 32768 byte transfer.

Apr 10 23:19:09 server001 logger: NetWorker media: (info) LTO Ultrium-3 tape
TP1375L3 will be over-written
Apr 10 23:19:53 server001 kernel: st0: Failed to read 131072 byte block with
32768 byte transfer.

Apr 11 03:10:08 server001 logger: NetWorker media: (info) verification of
volume "TP1371L3", volid 352241583 succeeded.
Apr 11 03:10:36 server001 kernel: st2: Failed to read 131072 byte block with
32768 byte transfer.

There is message logged in daemon.log nor message file regarding this. Any
Ideas?
