you can get a similar effect by doing

nsradmin
nsradmin> type:nsr

which throws me into vi for the server resource
This also lets me do

nsradmin>option hidden:on
nsradmin>type:nsr

to show the hidden resources, which I can't quickly figure out how to do 
on the cammand line.
