When upgrading a pre-7.3.x NetWorker to NetWorker 7.4, a NetWorker 7.3 
Upgrade enabler is required.  This upgrade enabler should be entered 
before the upgrade takes place to avoid the server from becoming 
disabled.  The required upgrade enabler is: 150397-d1e144-54605f.  Contact 
Licensing within 15 days of adding this enabler to get it permanently 
authorized.
