You can use the regular CentOS live CD which you can download from
the Internet. The special thing about the CD mentioned in my HowTO is
that it also contains nsrexecd and recover from some nearby CentOS
machine. You can always scp/ftp these two binaries after you bring up
the network.

Thank you for the detailed outline of disaster recovery. I haven't yet had
the time to study it in detail, but intend to do so asap.
Meanwhile, do you know where I can get hold of the live CD you mentioned?
