No, I backed up a bunch of Win2003 clusters with 7.3.2 with no problems.  Does 
the backup fail for C: or just not run or hang or..?

That being said, 7.3.2 was a huge steaming pile of poo.  7.3.3 fixed a TON of 
bugs in it.  7.3.4 should be out any day and is supposed to fix even more.  
Just upgrading to 7.3.3 fixed a bunch of weird errors that I had.
