Hello,
Make sure the Tapes are seen by OS and inquire cmd returns valid Tape
resources, also there are fixes for " scsi but reset" on Windows that you
should apply, unless the latest service pack includes it.
Also, i could not figure out the cause but SP2 on Windows 2003 caused
server to freeze up occasionally -
Also check your HBA\Tape drivers for correct install\version etc, if FC
environment, you may want to implement persistent binding on the HBA.
Lastly, check for errors on server\HBA , SAN etc.It may also be worth
scanning the HBA for devices from HBA utility or Bios to make sure it sees
it correctly, you may need to apply Bios level changes on the FC or SCSI
adaptor ( check with vendor for recommendation) if the problem continues.

[Networker] Error jbconfig

Hi gang!

I have installed Networker 7.4.1SP1 (30 day Trial) on Windows Server 2003
x64 R2 SP2 Standard Edition.

When i use "jbconfig" results the following:
"In update_scsi_bus_map: open_bus invalid on nadapters = 9"

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Daniel
