You'll need to use the nsrclone command. I'm running 7.3.3 and man nsrclone tells me there is a -g <group> flag to make a clone of a group. If your nsrclone doesn't have that -- you need to generate a list of ssid/cloneid pairs using mminfo and then feed that into nsrclone's -S -f to clone the savesets.
