We are using Tek-Tools ProfilerRx.  It does a decent job of reporting,
but probably like any reporting tool it can be clunky.  It is handy for
our NOC to keep an eye out for failures.

We are using EMC Legato NetWorker Reporting Utility from Thierry
Faidherbe. It works great, especially with rrd.
Thierry can give you more info.
