Hello,
After you verify that the Tape library devices order is correct and that
device drivers are loaded check to see if what effect of any significance
is achieved by making CDI off ( on if it's already off).Go through Tape
library's logs also.
Check and also make sure backups are not stepping onto eachother's drive
resources, staggering the backup schedule\time might help, verify the
timers and adjust if needed.
You can also place networker daemons in more verbose mode ( starting the
services with D-6--8 etc, under windows environment) might give you more
clue.
More insight into your groups, backups routine, hardware, drivers etc
might yield better diagnosis.

[Networker] New 7.3.3 issue: "nsrmmgd: device is not idle"

Hi Everyone,

I hope that you are all enjoying your Monday :D

We are having pretty much the same issue on a site here and would like
some feedback if anyone has any ideas.

An overland NEO8000 keeps on blocking for unknown reasons. A restart of
the autochanger usually repairs this.

Here are the errors in the daemon.log

02/02/08 11:21:27 nsrmmgd: RAP error: Invalid resource data.
02/02/08 11:21:27 nsrmmgd: Cannot update operation status resource
(instance 7946).
