Kevin,

Try using MSSQL: as the saveset name on your SQL client. That should do
it.

Thanks,
Tim

Subject: [Networker] SQL backups

Hi everyone,

My database admins are asking if there is a way to denote on a Networker
client to backup ALL instances of SQL databases that exist on a server
without defining each database individually on the client save set
options. We have run into some instances where databases were created,
but the database was not put in the client save set area, and thus not
backed up until sometime later when the omission was discovered.

If this is not possible, if anyone is doing anything with scripting to
check the databases on clients, I would be curious to know what/how you
are doing it.

We are currently on Networker 7.2.2 jumbo on the server using version
5.0 of the SQL client.

Kevin
