We have a current software/support contract and we haven't received a
media kit since August 2006.

Is EMC still sending Media Kits?  I haven't rec'd one in quite some time
and I'm sure my maintenance is current.  When's the last time you rec'd
a media kit?
I know there's PowerLink, but I like having that media kit to go back
