Per the solution page:

-----=====-----
tcp_conn_req_max_q 1024 (Queue depth for number of non-processed TCP request)
tcp_conn_req_max_q0 4096   (normally, 4 x max_q param)
tcp_time_wait_interval 60000 (Allows Solaris to free connections faster after
they are closed)
-----=====-----

The 'symptoms' list includes the entry 'savegroup hangs after upgrade to 7.3.x
or higher.'

I find the setting of time_wait_interval rather curious. We set that on a
couple hosts we use for monitoring (where lots of connections prevail on a
regular basis), but have not needed it anywhere else.

You could also consider disabling TCP Fusion (or using the 8/07 Solaris 10
install, which appears to have fixed most of our issues with Fusion).

do_tcp_fusion 0x00 (I think - not at work right now)

As to Powerlink, it's definitely a hit-or-miss situation. I've found that its
one of a handful of web sites that work best on IE 6/7, and decided to kick it
off exclusively from there (even though I'm a heavy 'Fox user). Proxies will
slow it down considerably though. :(
