Constructively received - I'll take that approach next time - and I'll
try those suggestions mentioned tomorrow when I'm in front of "the bear"
again :-) Thanks Tim.

Learning the ins and outs of NetWorker can be daunting, so I don't envy
the position you're in.

I've been on this mailing list or its earlier incarnations for 12 years,
and although I'm very experienced and hopefully knowledgable about
NetWorker, I still regularly learn things I didn't know from the friendly,
knowledgable people on this list.  I hope your experience with the list
is (eventually) the same.  :-)
