Think this was the solution. We had a 4 drive SDLT-320 library (which was
congured by NW as \\tape0,1,2,3). We've added a 2nd tape library
(SDLT-600), but have *not* yet added it (as the license hasn't come
through yet). And of course, upon restarting NW srvices, it now saw the
SDLT-320 drives as \\tape0,1,4,5, and the unconfigured library as
\\tape2,3,6,7. But NW was showing me \\tape0,1,2,3.
I deleted the library, re-added, and it does seem better ... haven't seen
the same error yet ....
And I was able to label tapes I was unable to label prior, so life seems
good again ...
