check also all volumes used to store source SSID to be online in robot....
(mminfo -q ssid=<SSID> -r barcode,volume,location) and jukebox
to be correctly inventoried (nsrjb -v |grep <volume>)
Check client clone storage node affinity for SSID and/or
read host attribute from jukebox where source tape(s) are stored
to allow volume to be mounted.
This may often explain that behaviour ...

Could you please check you pool settings? I once had an
bug when selecting "Target Devices". If there was a target
device selected i got this error too.
