It's been a while since I converted from Backup Exec to Networker, but at that
time the issue was that it did not scale. It could not perform multiple backups
simultaneously or effectively use multiple tape drives and it's still not a
multi-platform solution. If you have a very small number of boxes, it's
probably OK, but as your network grows it gets painfully slow and unmanageable.
Networker does not have these limitations.
