Hello all,
I am trying to restore a file from a backup which is on an adv_file
device which is being staged at the moment. Since stage and restore are
not supported for concurrent operation I was hoping to be able to get
the files via direct file access as described in the 7.2 Admin guide on
page 265. In my opinion I satisfy all the conditions on that page, as I
run as root on the server. I didn't find any flag which can be used to
instruct Networker to directly access the files.
I get the following error message which seems to me to mean that
recover is trying to use nsrmmd.

The Networker server runs 7.2.2+adv_file hotfix on Solaris 10. The
backups are on a ZFS if that matters.
