[Networker] MS-SQL failed backup

Hi,
 
Back in November 2004 Pieter Boshoff raised a query on the NetWorker 
discussion list about a SQL database backup error, specifically:
 
CreateInstance failed on Connection object in E:\LNMs_2003
\nsr\db_apps\bsmsql\nsrsqlado.cpp line 747
Cannot login to SQL Server null.

I now have this exact same error, but I can't find any responses in the 
archives to his original post, can anyone tell me what to do to resolve 
this?
