I do not know of any way to save your existing networker configurations 
i.e timers, configured pools, device settings etc, besides documenting 
each field extensively in ever changing environment, some things that 
could help you is.
nsradmin scripts that would save your settings for future reference.
You could also check and see if nsrsup output may be a good starting 
point, this is a problem where Legato ( or just Tape library) is 
uninstalled -reinstalled, if any one has better handle on it, i would like 
to know as well.
This is not an issue for DR as mmrecov will bring back all your settings.
