Hello,
Please verify your Tape order is accurate, you might need persistent 
binding, it appears that tape order may be shifting, throwing off Legato.
Use nsrjb -HEvv ( no networker activity should be present) to sync the lib 
with Legato, if you continue to have this problem you may need to rerun 
jbconfig.
Other may have specific ideas on RedHat ??
