Check the volume locations in the media database. If this is not correct,
it can cause the auto-loading to behave poorly... (I've seen both too
many tapes with the library location, and tapes missing the library
location field that should have it)
not guaranteed to be your problem, but it's one that I'm currently
struggling through with support.

[Networker] Need HELP with networker aka EBS : Does not mount tapes
automatically
Hi,
i need your help :
productive Networker 7.2 on Solaris with ACSLS-Silo :
Starting a backup group networker wants to have some tapes. There are
several
free tapes in the (right) pool. Networker should mount them automatically,
but it does not. It is asking "suggest manually labeling" some tapes for
the
pool.
After NOT labeling but simply mounting the right free tapes he starts
working (backup)immediately.
Any hint is greately appreciated.... *** HELP ***
