Open up the client resource in the NetWorker Administrator GUI for the client who's files you want to recover and look for the field that says "remote user" and put in the userid@host for the user and host name that needs to recover the files. Note that his is explained in the NetWorker Administrator Guide, probably clearer than I just explained it.
