If you think an nsrmmd is affected, you can kill them individually.
Networker will notice that it has died and restart it later. You can
view this in the log.
There were some annoying bugs in early 6.<something> where I had to
periodically kill them to keep backups moving. It causes that one
saveset to fail, but that's a lot better than restarting everything.
