Hello,
I am getting on this topic a bit late, have not read all the issues, but, if you are missing a schedule, could it be due to browe or retention policies, i.e if you set a schedule so far in advance and if the client has not had a full in a while, then purged by index cleanup process, would you not have trouble applying FULL or Differential which has to refer the last good backup of the named saveset but has been out of index ?
Just my thoughts.

Fazil, it is usually a good idea to read through the other replies before responding to 1800+ list readers with "Just your thoughts".

If you had done this you would have discovered that the issue has been solved, a couple of other respondents hit the nail right on the head very quickly.

A list like this is only useful if the replies are accurate and targetted. A bit of discussion and banter is useful and fun, but too much noise means that people don't read it as thoroughly.
