There is plenty of documentation on backing up clusters.

You will need to install NetWorker on all the servers in the cluster.

Then you create a backup job for the virtual server. NetWorker is
cluster aware.

Did I mention, you will need a cluster client license for each server in
the cluster.

Hello All. 
I am not fimiliar with Clusters and I have been asked to add an Exchange
backup to my Networker list. Here's what I have.
1 virtual mail server and 2 servers linked to this server in a cluster.
I am required to backup only 1 of these 2 servers linked to the virtual
server. (Call this server 2) Please, can anyone guide me to setting up
this backup? BTW. All servers are running on Windows Server 2003.
