I recently sent out a request to the list asking users to prevent this
from happening. Unfortunately this user ignored my request. I will of
course prevent this happening again for this user, but as I can't do
this for the whole list without moderating every posting I would like to
just repeat my request to all users to ensure that any out-of-office
messages do not go to the 1800+ users reading this list.
