Is there Exchange db maintenance running at the same time? I had this
experience for awhile until they rescheduled the job.

Subject: [Networker] Client issues "index was never started"
We are having troubles with Exchange servers that are running extremely
slow if at all for their nightly backups. I see this error in the log
file on the Legato server "index was never started". The group is
supposed to start at 10:00pm every night but when we review in the
morning the group shows up at 66% Complete the same % everyday. We are
having to stop this group due to Exchange daily usage and can't have
backups running on top of users.
All other groups are running fine and in a timely manner and not have
any issues with them.
Any ideas??
