Hello,

I know that the RSM (Removable Storage) has to be disabled for Legato being the manager of the changers in a Windows box.

But, after disabling this service, we get errors while doing the backup of SYSTEM DB:\ files:

* legato_server:SYSTEM DB:\ Removable Storage Database - rsmow: Could not start RSM service for backup operation.

Do we need to setup RSM in "Manual" mode? Is a Windows or Legato problem? (our server is a 2003 Server R2 and our version is 7.1.4 yet).

Thank you.
