Hello,
You can customize the report if you would create another notification to 
match the default for the savegrp completed alert, just change the action 
to "smtpmail -s "Legato Alert" -h SMTP SERVER FQDN Name Email recepient"
Starting with version 7.3 * you can just use owner notification in client 
configuration to customize the alert, it's very  effective-try it out.
