Davina, as usual, is correct.

My fear is that your statement "do not have access to the Legato server"
could extend to not being able to run mminfo queries. If this is the case,
you can get more of the information you are after. But you will need to
request a more verbose report from your outsourcer. 

It would seem from your description that the outsources is simplifying the
reports by removing all the file backup information that you are looking
for. A simple way to gather this information would be to request a
nsr_support file from the server. This should give you everything you need
and then some.
