Hello,
I routienly clean up log on monthly bases after stoping networker 
services, you can do it as frequetly as you like , i usually save the logs 
outside of nsr directory for some time for audit and or if any questions 
arise, sometime as long as two years.
You may also want to clean up nsr\temp while you do that.
