I would imagine that deamon log\savegrp log  would need to be monitored 
and third  party tool such as Blat may be usefull, but such a script would 
need to be developed, if someone does i am interested in it too.
Other then that, not sure what a new program networker Dashboard can do 
for you or Tek-tools or wysdm  that EMC owns
