Hi everyone,

I have been researching an issue with Windows Server 2003 x64 client.
This is the error:

aspen:SYSTEM STATE:\ save: VSS Snapshot is disabled for SYSTEM STATE:\
and will not be used.ASR System Files - AsrCreateStateFile failed -
0x32
* aspen:SYSTEM STATE:\ ASR System Files - Failed to create the ASR
state files
* aspen:SYSTEM STATE:\ ASR System Files - Error saving
* aspen:SYSTEM STATE:\ Registry - Error saving
* aspen:SYSTEM STATE:\ save: RPC error: RPC cannot encode arguments
* aspen:SYSTEM STATE:\ save: save of SYSTEM STATE:\ to houston failed

As you can see, I have disabled the VSS. That was the suggestion I
found on support docs and posts that could be the problem. Most of the
other posts talk about space issues, but this client has plenty of local
storage.

We are running Networker 7.2.2 jumbo on Windows 2003 server. Client is
also 7.2.2 jumbo.

Anyone else seen this?

Kevin
