It may be possible, your timer values are inadiquite for drive eject, it 
could also be a driver issue, since it appears that Cleaning tape is 
getting loaded, just not being ejected? Try personally observing the lib 
behaviour by manually forcing the clean and allowing GUI to load\eject 
tape.
