[Networker] IBM Tape driver

I just upgraded my backup server from Red Hat ES3 to Red Hat ES4. On the 
previous O/S we usually have this files for the IBM LTO-2 tape drives in our 
ADIC Scalar 100 tape library.

Do we still need this on the new O/S?
