So, all of those using NDMP from Netapps, how well do DAR restores
work? I keep hearing of the gotcha that you have a limit of 10,240
files (or is it now 1 million?) per restore. We have qtrees with TONS
of files in them, so having to break down restores could be very
problematic.

For example, if I have /vol/data/blah/bar/ with 20,000 files and I
want to restore it, but I've been backing up /vol/data/blah, which has
300,000 files in it, will Networker just do the right thing and break
the restore into chunks, or will I need to do is manually?

This seems to be the biggest limitation of NDMP & DAR, and the one
that worries us the most, since it's not backups that users care
about, it's restores.
