And make sure you're running the command from the client as:
mminfo -s server
I see this error all the time when I forget to add the '-s server' option.
It's easy to forget.

I checked forward & reverse lookup from each machine to the other.
I would start with packet inspection. If you don't get any packets
back, then perhaps a firewall or something else is intercepting.
