Re: [Networker] Staging NDMP save sets

My understanding of staging and tape is that you can't delete individual
saveset's from a tape. This means that you cannot use the "staging"
process. However, this is another opportunity for a script... You can
effectively stage via the following 2 steps:
1. Clone the saveset's on your source tape to a destination pool for the
new tapes
2. Once all saveset's have been cloned, you can recycle the source tape
volume.

After looking at EMC on-line and reading the Networker documentation, we
have not been able to find the command to stage NDMP save sets from tape
to tape. When using regular mminfo commands, the NDMP save sets do not
stage off. Obviously, we would like to do this to save on tapes. Has
anyone found a way to do that and willing to share?
Thanks.
