Hello,
I wonder if you would generate better value with hardware utilization if 
you were to use secound server as storage node instead of standby.
If you choose not to do so, you need to match all settings ( IP, 
Servername, domain, DNS) etc for best recovery senario, you could get away 
with less but not without issues, name does need to be the same.
For complete DR reference, check out your Networker versions DR Guide.
For Quick fall back to your original server in case of Hardware failure, 
re-build with Ghost image or other bare bone method.
