Besides the Firmware fix, you should also investigate.
1. CDI ( Devices)  on or off- See what happens.
2. What is the IBM driver level, this may be critical, especially in 
shared enviroments, make sure your driver level are upto date and same if 
possible across SN and Master server.
3. Timer values, make sure you are not using low Default values.
4. Check all points of SAN archetecture for any errors.
