Hi, Maarten,

I'm not familiar with the SL-500, but it does look like you experienced (and
apparently recovered from) a jukebox error. With an L-series jukebox, I'd
look at the FSC (Fault Symptom Code) log, preferably via the Web interface,
which provides descriptions of the errors rather than just numbers. I assume
the SL-500 has something similar. That is probably the key to deciphering
what happened.
