Hello,

Please refer to the chapter "Backup Groups and Schedules" in the admin
guide.

Group Attributes:
Schedule - This optional attribute can be used to select a Schedule resource
for the group. If this attribute is set, it overrides the schedules selected
in the Client resource's Schedule attribute for all clients in this group.
This is a hidden attribute.

Anyway, above extract of the admin guide should clarify your doubt!

Regards
Shyam

Hi,

I have the following scenario.

1. Client A

Schedule Set to default, member of Group B

2. Group B

Level not set in Group B. Group B uses Schedule C.

3. Schedule C

Level set to Full ( for certain days, skip for rest )

4. Pool D

Pool D contains Group B. Level is not set in Pool D.

My understanding of the above scenario is;

Client A will run when Schedule C kicks off group B. It should run at
the Level defined in schedule C, and stream data to Pool D, as pool D is
not restricted to specific levels.

What I am seeing.

Client A runs when Schedule C kicks off group B. It runs a skip for all
dates, even though a Level Full is defined in schedule C.

Does the above make sense ?

Thanks,

-Bob
