Hi Allan,

Our standard TSAFS line is:

TSAFS.NLM /nocluster /CacheMemoryThreshold=1

We have found that this setting stops TSAFS from being a memory hog,
without impacting performance (note that I have done any definitive
performance tests yet).

I am also interested to hear anyones experiences with the
ReadBufferSize and ReadThreadsPerJob parameters.

Cheers,
Ryan.

Curious to know if anyone who is backing up Netware clients has done
any modification of TSAFS parameters to try improving performance?

Thought I'd ask before I start ;-)

We're just using the bog standard 'out of the box' settings atthe
moment.

Things I was thinking of looking at were ...

/ReadBufferSize (currently 65536)
/ReadThreadsPerJob (currently 2)
/CacheMemoryThreshold (currently 1)

Any advice / experiences much appreciated.

Cheeers... Allan.
