That's correct.

    clflags     NA           5  The clone flags summary, one or more characters

The 'NA' means that it can't be used for queries, only reports.

I don't see a per-clone query for incomplete copies like the one that
exists for savesets.  Unless I'm overlooking something, You might be
forced to query all copies and then have an external utility parse out
the clone flags.
