Big Brother or Big Sister probably does, but not without some initial configuration effort. We use Big Brother to monitor the status of at least 200 systems on a realtime basis, although we are migrating to Big Sister. I am not involved with this project, but I would be happy to provide you information if you're interested by contacting the people here who are involved.
