Folks,

I could use some help on a tape labelling issue please.

Site is running 7.2 (Build 172) on Windows 2000 Server.  There is a 
Storage Node running Windows 2003 and sharing tape drives with the 
Networker Server via DDS.  

I cannot get tapes labelled for the backup of the Storage Node itself.  
When I initiate the label action it faults with an error "Cannot find an 
available nsrmmd service for operation on device 'rd=sap011.findel-
education.co.uk:\\.\Tape0' Try again. 

I can see one or more nsrmmd processes running on the Storage Node.

Any suggestions on how to progress/resolve would be appreciated.
